Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The following shipping methods are available from the Mevo store for domestic (US) customers:

  • UPS Ground Flat Rate
  • UPS Second Day Air (calculated based delivery location)
  • UPS Next Day Air (calculated based delivery location)

International (non-US) customers will have the following options:

  • UPS Expedited (calculated based on delivery location)

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It takes 1-3 business days for processing, 7-10 business days to receive your product (domestic), and International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days. The processing times are standard for all orders, even expedited shipping.

How Do I Track My Order?

Please make sure to check the tracking information that was provided to you, via your shipment confirmation email, to see most recent activity on your package.

Please check your email as we send order confirmations along with your tracking number. 

Orders that have been fulfilled and sent out may take the full 7–10 business days for delivery (not including weekends). A package is considered lost in transit if the package does not show movement for 15 days or more or if the package is not confirmed delivered by 30 business days. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us as soon as possible by using any of our contact methods and please provide your order # and Order Details.

Please note: If you still haven’t received a tracking number your order is waiting to be fulfilled at the fulfillment center.  Once your order has left our warehouse, all US orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site.

How Do I Place an Order?

1. Check your shopping cart.

Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.

2. Visit Ship, Bill and Pay screen.

Make sure you’re logged in to your account. If you’re not, you will be prompted to log in before continuing to the Ship, Bill and Pay screen.

If you don’t have an account with Electronic New York, you may create an account and still continue to checkout. If you’re creating a new account, make sure your shipping and billing addresses match the billing address of your credit card.

From this screen, you can verify and edit all of your shipping, billing and payment information, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Shipping carrier
  • Shipping notes
  • Billing address
  • Payment type
  • Additional order information and any custom checkout fields you collect

You may also view the contents of your cart and a preliminary total cost (without tax). Clicking Review Order will take you to the Order Review page.

3. Review your order.

You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to, and used by, Electronic New York. If you need to alter any of the information, click the Edit link to return to the Ship, Bill and Pay screen. Clicking Place order will submit your order to Insight and take you to your Order Receipt page. Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

4. Get your receipt.

You will see a display of the information submitted to Electronic New York. This is your online receipt. On this page, you can view a printable version and email the information. A copy of this information will be emailed to the email address that was given for your account.
